1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, as long as the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Just hang onto your receipt or proof of purchase!

Please note that items that have been used, damaged, or altered aren’t eligible for return or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. Also, items purchased during sales or promotional events are considered final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.


3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once our warehouse team has collected and verified the returned products. You can expect your refund within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. We’ll send you a confirmation once the refund is initiated.


4. Warranty Terms

We offer a 3-month warranty on devices, starting from the original purchase date. If your device is faulty, we’ll gladly exchange it within that time frame—just make sure you have your proof of purchase!


Please note that liquids, physical damage, and normal wear and tear aren’t covered by the warranty, and this does apply to e-liquids, accessories, or disposable products.
